WOO HOOOOOOOO!

Yesterday, the four of us enjoyed our first winter experience in Huntsville with a couple hours of snow tubing!! What a rush! We knew that part of moving here was going to be learning to deal with the elements if we were truly going to settle in. Now that the snow has finally started to accumulate, the locals are all returning to normal and we decided we needed to go with the flow and enjoy it with them. So when our swim club offered a group outing to go to Rocky Ridge we jumped at the opportunity. Now we're wondering why we waited! It was great, to be outside, taking in the fresh air and all the beautiful views, doing something together as a family that we all actually enjoy, getting some exercise (even though we did have the tow line to take us back to the top (see pic. to the left) ), and we got the boys off the Playstation! And if all that didn't make it perfect enough, the hill is only 3 minutes from our house! I hope it's the start of many more family adventures to come!
